Dr. Farohunbi Samuel is an AI systems leader, technology entrepreneur, and innovation strategist building products that expand access to jobs, creator monetization, digital finance, and education across Africa. He is the Founder and CEO of Freebyz Technologies Ltd, the company behind Freebyz, an AI-powered employment and talent marketplace serving more than 350,000 users across multiple countries. He also co-founded Payhankey, a creator monetization platform with over 32,000 users, helping digital creators earn from their content through innovative monetization technologies. With over a decade of experience in artificial intelligence, product development, search engine optimization, digital growth, and data analytics, Dr. Farohunbi has led the design and deployment of scalable technology platforms across the AdTech, FinTech, EdTech, and Future of Work sectors. His work focuses on applying AI to solve practical challenges in recruitment, workforce development, digital identity, financial inclusion, and creator economies. His contributions to innovation have attracted several national and international recognitions, including a ₦163 million technology mentorship grant, a joint innovation grant exceeding ₦500 million, a Google AI research grant, and an AI-powered Digital Health Innovation Grant. He also holds intellectual property in digital health technologies through a patented innovation and a registered copyright.
